The Real Key to Weight Loss  



Losing weight can seem like a daunting task, especially if you view yourself as being significantly
overweight.  There are so many ways to approach losing weight—and frankly, many of them actually do

throat.  You KNOW that is not good for you.  You are just succumbing to the taste.   

So change your mind and start thinking of food as not being about taste but about what it actually does to
your body, and weight loss will start happening naturally!  There are many other easy things you can start
doing, little changes—and they all add up! 

Drinking more water, cutting fat, cutting carbohydrates, eating whole grains and foods high in natural fiber,
taking vitamins:  these all help!  However, you must also exercise like it’s going out of style!   

Start an exercise regimen that makes sense for the type of results you are looking for.  If you just want to
have a normal body, just go for a 1 mile walk each day.  If that is too much at first, try a quarter of a mile and
gradually increase each day. 

It’s just a matter of getting started!  Weight loss is not rocket science.  There is no corporate logo attached
to weight loss.  It is something you have within your reach, regardless of your income or access to a gym. 
You don’t need a personal trainer!  You need to personally train you!  That will help you lose weight.
