Help!  I Tried Everything For Weight Loss and Nothing Worked! 



Does that sound like you?  That sounds like a lot of us.  We have tried “everything,” and so we say.  We

that one healthy meal from your “food plan” or “diet” in hopes you can temporarily lose weight?  Why lose
